MWA appraisers have over 20 years of experience doing “Third Party Appraisal Clause” disputes. We will inspect the owner’s vehicle to determine the condition, obtain all options, verify correct make & model, and come up with a fair Actual Cash Value, while taking into account any unrelated prior damage. We will contact the owner’s appraiser and negotiate a fair ACV price. If we are unable to obtain an agreed ACV with the owner’s appraiser, then an umpire must be obtained to help in the negotiation process.
