MWA Appraisal Group, Inc sends our gratitude out to all those who have served, and continue to serve our country. Veterans Day is a time to remember the sacrifices service members have made to defend our nation. This is an opportunity for all of us to take time to step back from our busy lives, and think about what so many men and women have done, and what they have sacrificed, as well as their families. Many are thousand of miles away from home, facing danger each and every day.
MWA is a small business that was established with the idea of achieving the American Dream. The freedom that we are given as Americans does not come without sacrifice. MWA believes in finding ways to give back to all those who serve in our military, as well as our first responders. MWA has two appraisers who have served their communities as volunteer fire fighters. To honor those in the military, first responders, their families, and to support our very own team members, MWA contributes to the non-for-profit organization, Tunnel to Towers Foundation. This organization has raised over $250 million in support of our nation’s greatest heroes and their families.

- Smart Home Program – Builds mortgage-free smart homes for the most catastrophically injured veterans and first responders
- Fallen First Responder Home Program – Pays off mortgages of fallen law enforcement officers and firefighters who lose their lives in the line of duty, or to 9/11 related illnesses, and leave behind young children
- Gold Star Family Home Program – Honors the legacy of those who made the ultimate sacrifice serving our country. Provides mortgage-free home to surviving spouses with young children.
- Legacy of Love – Children, who have been either orphaned or have lost one parent, have been recipients of necessary funding to assist with education, counseling or other needs.
